Welcome to Better Convos LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), operating under the brand Self-Crowned Inner Circle. This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs your access to and use of our programs, memberships, digital products, coaching, and services. By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing any of our offerings, you agree to this policy in full. Please read it carefully.

1. Services Overview

Better Convos LLC provides digital education, community-based programs, coaching, and related services, which may include but are not limited to:

Self-paced digital courses and trainings

Live or recorded group coaching calls

Membership communities (including Skool or similar platforms)

Downloadable digital resources, workbooks, templates, and guides

Live events, workshops, or bonus sessions (virtual or in-person)

Specific features, access levels, and inclusions vary by program and are described on the sales or enrollment page at the time of purchase.

2. No Refund Policy

All offerings provided by Better Convos LLC and Self-Crowned Inner Circle are digital, educational, or coaching-based in nature. Due to the immediate access granted upon purchase:

All sales are final.

No refunds are provided for any reason, including but not limited to:

Change of mind

Lack of use or participation

Scheduling conflicts

Perceived lack of results

By enrolling, you acknowledge that results are dependent on your personal effort, consistency, implementation, and circumstances.

All payments, including subscriptions, deposits, and installment plans, are non-refundable.

3. Cancellations & Renewals

If your purchase includes a recurring subscription or membership:

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the official cancellation method provided within your account or platform.

Cancellation requests must be submitted at least five (5) days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following billing cycle.

Requests submitted fewer than five (5) days before renewal may result in one final charge, with access continuing through the paid period.

Important notes:

Cancellations submitted via email, direct messages, comments, or social media will not be honored.

Access remains active through the end of the paid term.

No partial-month refunds, credits, or prorated adjustments are provided.

4. Payment Terms

By enrolling in any program or membership, you authorize Better Convos LLC to:

Charge the payment method on file for all agreed-upon fees, including recurring charges where applicable.

Continue billing until the subscription is properly canceled.

Additional terms:

You are responsible for maintaining valid and up-to-date payment information.

Failed or declined payments may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access until resolved.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Any changes will apply at your next renewal, with reasonable notice provided.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided through Better Convos LLC and Self-Crowned Inner Circle—including videos, audio, written materials, frameworks, exercises, templates, and community content—is the exclusive intellectual property of Better Convos LLC.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only.

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, or share materials

Upload content to other platforms

Use materials for commercial or teaching purposes

Without prior written consent from Better Convos LLC.

6. Client Responsibilities

By enrolling, you agree to:

Take full responsibility for your participation, engagement, and implementation

Attend or watch trainings and calls as applicable

Apply the strategies and guidance provided

Conduct yourself respectfully within any community spaces

Comply with all applicable laws, including marketing, privacy, and data protection regulations

Failure to participate, engage, or follow guidelines does not entitle you to a refund or credit.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

We make no guarantees regarding outcomes, financial results, relationship outcomes, or personal transformation.

Testimonials and examples reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees of similar results.

Better Convos LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation.

We are not responsible for disruptions caused by third-party platforms, hosting services, or technology providers.

8. Confidentiality & Data

Client information is kept confidential and will not be shared except as required by law.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

Use of our services constitutes consent to our data practices as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This policy and all related agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Before pursuing legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us directly. If unresolved, disputes may be subject to mediation or binding arbitration as permitted by law.

10. Modifications to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
